If you’re a current member:

Your plan continues with no disruptions. Your attorney network, pricing, and coverage remain unchanged. You’ll simply start to see the new U.S. Legal Services brand on communications and your portal.

If you’re an employer or HR partner:

Your existing contract, rates, and implementation setup remain the same. All reporting, billing, and support contacts continue exactly as they are. We’ll provide updated materials for open enrollment and employee communication as we continue to roll out the new brand, but no action is required from you.

If you’re a broker or ben-admin partner:

Your compensation structure and point of contact do not change. You’ll receive new collateral, clearer plan positioning, and stronger digital assets to support your discussions with clients.

If you’re an attorney in our network:

Your agreements, referrals, compensation model, and case assignments remain unchanged. We’re building a stronger consumer-facing brand to bring you more qualified clients and clearer workflows.
